In Todays video I talk about my experience with the made in France Diptyque 115 flat panel, isodynamic, planar magnetic speakers. Now, in the past I avoided these kinds of speakers due to the fact that they normally would require big beefy amps and subwoofers to get the most out of them. Not these. Diptyque has solved these issues as their line of speakers bring plenty of low deep bass AND are easier to drive than most Planar Magnetic Speakers. I tested them with a 100 WPC amp and a 500 WPC amp. These are without question the most transparent, open and clean speakers I have ever heard. The soundstage is cavernous, the imaging is rather special. Life size here guys. They do a lot right but I spell out what they do not do so well also. These are made of steel and are built to last a lifetime. I spill all the beans in this review so I hope you enjoy it! Enjoy!👇
